I am a PhD researcher in Cognitive Neuroscience and Neuroimaging in the Complex Cognitive Processing Lab based in the Department of Psychology at the University of York. I am supervised by Dr Karla Evans and Prof Alex Wade.
My current research focuses on scene processing, visual complexity perception, image memorability and visual long-term memory. My work combines behavioural experiments, computational modelling, and neuroimaging methods to provide a comprehensive understanding of how people 'see' and 'remember'.
I have broad interests in cognitive neuroscience, ranging from the interface between perception, attention and memory in the domain of vision to the intersection of cognition, computation and biology. I am also interested in neurodegenerative disorders that affect perception and cognition.
