Hey everyone,

Wow... That took way much longer than expected...

Today is one of those days that I'd love having a time traveling machine. I'd take my Pym particles and cross the quantum realm just to warn my 2018 self to keep teaching training out of the project scope! Between teaching, preparing the actual teaching, and the two assessment for the teaching training programme I'm enroled in, this term has been nightmarish. Of course, I have learned a lot about how to be a better teacher and got some first-hand experience of what having an actual lecturer position would look like, but the feeling of being a part-time researcher again brought some very not-nice memories from my PhD student days...

In any case, the manuscript has been submitted and I think we all at team MINKS are crossing our fingers hoping the reviewers see the value of our work. To be honest, I'd settle with an honest review without clashing egos or potential conflicts of interest, but that would definitely be a first on a first submission... May the odds be ever in our favor!

Now that teaching and teaching training is done, let's see how long it takes to prepare the second manuscript! Oh, and be sure to follow us on twitter so you can witness our reaction to the reviewers' decission.
