Visiting the Museum für Naturkunde in Berlin

Hey everyone,
Today I got my guest card to access the collections at the Museum für Naturkunde in Berlin!
For the next three weeks I'll be buried in carnivoran bones, selecting the specimens to be microCT-scanned for the bone shape analyses and also digitizing postcranial elements to wrap-up some unpublished work on carnivoran locomotion. Back to the MicroScribe days!
I'll also be meeting one of our collaborators, Brandon Kilbourne, very soon! He has done some amazing work on mustelid locomotion and, like myself, spent some time in Jena working at the Institut für Spezielle Zoologie und Evolutionsbiologie of the Phyletisches Museum, so I'm sure we'll have plenty of histories to share.
Anyway, I'm rambling. I'll leave you with a few pictures of the wonders you can find in the Museum's halls. Come visit!
Until next update,
Eloy
