Hey everyone,

The last couple of months have been very busy with manuscript 2, dissection, some holidays, and... a second revision of manuscript 1 which eventually led to its acceptance! Yay team MINKS! Can't wait to do it all over again with manuscript 2...

Also on the good news front, we finally were able to import the European mink carcasses! This means that MINKS' muscle anatomy part will start soon-ish. Well, technically it has already started, as we have already dissected an American mink, but diceCT will be the meat of this next part (lame joke intended). Expect some cool diceCT pictures in a few months. (Yes, the iodine infusion takes that long!)

Anyway, I should get back to catching up with stuff after my holidays. I'm really proud of having (mostly*) disconnected from work these past couple of weeks, which is something that we don't do enough in academia, but getting back to a backlog of 78 emails, a manuscript review you agreed on doing, and a bunch of admin tasks, is an open door to the post-vacation blues xD

*second revision arrived precisely mid-holidays...
