The Laboratory of Gene & Cell Therapeutics is based on the platform technology 'RNA & Cell Science'.

Our lab has been focusing on developing next-generation gene and cell therapies based on fundamental insights into NK/T immune cell biology, RNA mebatolism, and their integrative designs. We investigate the NK cell immunity and RNA science(mRNA, miRNA, m6A, lncRNA, and their regulations), and translate these investigations into therapeutic intuitions through CAR-X platform, RNA therapeutics, and in vivo oriented medications including in vivo CAR therapy and cancer mRNA vaccine.

By bridging basic science and translational research, we aim to advance precision medicine for cancer and other intractable diseases along with state of the art technologies.
