Currently Y-DDC offers four specialized small molecule libraries designed for diverse screening applications:
FDA-Approved & Pharmacopoeia Drug Library: A comprehensive collection of 3,400 compounds approved by major global regulatory agencies (FDA, EMA, PMDA, NMPA) and recognized pharmacopoeias (USP, BP, JP). This library is an ideal resource for drug repositioning and cellular induction studies.
Kinase Inhibitor Library: Comprising 2,955 selective kinase inhibitors and regulators, this library serves as a critical asset for chemical genomics, pharmacological studies, and targeted drug screening for kinase-related diseases.
Natural Product Library: Containing 2,534 natural product monomers with high drug-likeness and structural diversity. This collection provides a robust foundation for structure-activity relationship (SAR) optimization and the discovery of novel bioactive lead compounds.
Drug-like Small Molecule Diversity Library: A large-scale collection of 50,000 compounds selected to maximize scaffold diversity and chemical space coverage. This library is optimized for high-throughput screening to rapidly identify novel bioactive hits across a broad chemical space.
