Prerequisite: Objectives and Key Results are required to participate. This makes it easy for each participant to communicate to peers what they are currently working towards. Participants use their existing OKR for the peer group - which means no additional work is required to access peer perspectives.
Prerequisite: Active Management Reports are required to participate. Like above, participants use their same existing document for the peer group as well.
Management Reports also serve as a shared platform for participants to efficiently brief peers on their progress, plans, and problems - and receive feedback on their document.
Management Report feedback provides participants with a ready-made agenda for collaborative peer group meetings to generate take-aways.
Stakeholder Reviews summarize the above information for the purpose of sharing what has been accomplished with stakeholders, as relevant.
