What is something that I can do to make sure I don't have issues with my YCUSD Chromebook?

Edgenuity isn't letting my student log in

You should always log into Edgenuity through Classlink (single sign on) because your student will automatically be logged in, so you should never be asked for login information. If you have clicked on the Edgenuity link in Classlink, and are still asked for log in information you will need to clear your cache and cookies.

My Chromebook is asking for my old password

Click "Forgot Password" (even if you remember it), and then click "Proceed Anyway". Click here for a visual representation.
