Print off your fitness test tracking sheet, for the second week of class.Use these charts to help you determine your overall level of fitness. Be sure you select the appropriate gender on the bottom tab in the worksheet! Remember use this as a starting point to help motivate you to gain peak performance! Be sure to select your appropriate grade and gender on the bottom tabs in the workbook. Now that you have all the info you need, you will set some goals for yourself to help you be Stronger, Faster and Smarter! There is a sample Motivational Poster here.
