- There shall be no charge for a transcript for current students or for one (1) year following graduation.
- For all other students, there is a $25.00 fee to generate a copy for the first copy and $5.00 for each additional copy. Payment can be made in person at the Holy Cross Guidance Office in the form of cash or cheque.
- If graduation date is MORE than 5 years ago, students must request a transcript directly from the YCDSB.
**Please note: Transcripts will be processed by the Guidance Office at Holy Cross C.A. from September - June. For requests during July and August, please visit the YCDSB Office at 320 Bloomington Road, Aurora. Tel: (905) 713-2711. Transcripts will not be processed at the school during summer shut-down.
