What We Need

We are currently looking to hire a full-time permanent Operations Manager to join our growing team. The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day activities associated with service delivery to meet customer requirements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Establish business relationships with prospective residential clients and referral partners in the Edmonton Metro area that can produce sustainable and diverse revenue streams.

  • Responsible for long-term planning and scheduling of the service delivery function.

  • Overall management of the Company’s talent development program, working with the service delivery team to ensuring the Company has a diverse and skilled workforce.

  • Responsible for quality control by reviewing properties during or after our providers have performed their tasks.

  • Provide real-time support to our providers by helping resolve day-to-day issues and help them deliver quality service in a timely manner.

  • Provide reports to management on achievement of daily and weekly service delivery Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

You possess the following education, experience, and skills:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in People Management, Operations Management, or Human Resources

  • Bachelors Degree from a recognized university with a focus in Business, Operations Management, Human Resources is preferred.

  • 2-3+ years of previous experience leading a small team is required.

  • Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel). As well, competent with utilizing mobile apps that will be used for documenting service delivery.

  • Valid Class 5 Drivers License is required with a clean Drivers Abstract.
