Teen anxiety is a health disorder identified by the individual feeling worried, fatigued, sweating, restless, lacking concentration, and racing/unwanted thoughts. There are many causes for teen anxiety. The most common reason is because of school. The majority of the time students feel overwhelmed with schoolwork, homework, sports, and after-school activities. Teens will want to make a good mark on all their tests, and to make good marks, you have to study. There are many things teens have to go through at this time of their life. Teens may also be having their own person problems at home. It all adds up and this affects their performance level. Overthinking things that are due and what they have to do, makes teens feel overwhelmed and anxious.
