The Counseling Department provides short-term individual and group counseling, 504 and IEP social work/counseling services, truancy intervention, Restorative Practices implementation, crisis intervention (threats of violence, threats of suicide/suicidal ideation, child abuse/neglect, and any other learner/staff crisis), teacher/staff consultation and professional development , parent consultation and workshops, classroom guidance, mindfulness initiatives, community resources, referrals, and participate on the MTSS and A/BiT team.
