With our years in the industry we want to cut through the bullshit and shortcut you to the results you want and deserve! After 2+ years of development we are happy to announce that with the work of our Founder and Head Programmer, Vinh Tran, we have finally released our X-Y-Z Programs to the public. We have been a personal training & online programming company since XYZ Fitness Industry's birth but we are here today to address the, much requested, call to action!
Each X-Y-Z Program focuses on a different stimulus methodology to force ADAPTATION! As we've found #BeastMode is great and all but from our experience that method's results are not only short lived but they tend to either cause over fatigue, injury, or junk volume. Which program is best for me?
This actually depends on where you are in your journey and what your goals are. Currently, all of our programs are designed for intermediate to advanced lifters as it is assuming there is a baseline of movement patterns already established.
If you are new to your fitness journey (or just like a more personalized approach to go to the next level) we HIGHLY recommend a Custom Program. There is a plethora of great information out there but it tends to be hidden behind all the garbage information in the fitness industry, and we are here to help you filter that so we can apply what you need and in phases to optimize results!
If you like to go the beat of your own drum and looking for a program to guide you to new heights, look no further! We have designed these programs to be ran in order from X - Y - Z. These programs will teach you everything you need to know about "balance & strength" to "focused & connected" to "frequency & lagging" as each program specializes in different methodologies to get the BEST results possible.
What supplements should I take?
Lets clear the air once and for all and honestly... you might not like the answer: NONE!
Ok ok before you tear our heads off let us clarify. You don't NEED any supplements as the goal will be to obtain close to everything via a healthy, balanced, and minimally processed diet. That being said there is usually only two reasons to take a supplement: to address a deficiency and/or to elevate numbers to optimize particular results.
We know it can be difficult or even impossible (due to dietary restrictions) to meet minimum macro & micro nutrient requirements. To address these deficiencies, supplements can be the perfect, easiest, or even the only solution.
