This Privacy Policy explains how Xynosoft Solutions Private Limited ("we", "us") handles information in the Vogue Go mobile application ("the App"). Vogue Go is a companion app for delivery drivers working with restaurant businesses on the Sellerbix platform.

Information we collect
Account information — name, phone number, and email address, used to sign you in and identify your driver account. Credentials are issued by your restaurant business.
Location data — while you are online/on duty, the App collects your device's precise location (GPS) and sends it to our servers so restaurants and customers can track delivery progress. Location is not collected while you are offline.
Device/notification data — a push‑notification token to deliver order alerts.
How we use information
We use this data solely to operate the delivery service: authenticating drivers, assigning and tracking orders and deliveries, and sending order notifications. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or share it with data brokers.
Location in the background
The App accesses location during active delivery sessions to share your position for order tracking. You can stop location sharing at any time by going offline in the App or revoking the location permission in your device settings.
Data sharing
Data is shared only with the restaurant business you work with and the Sellerbix platform as needed to fulfil deliveries. We do not share personal data with third parties for their own marketing.
Data retention & security
We retain account and delivery data for as long as your account is active or as required for legitimate business and legal purposes, and we apply reasonable measures to protect it.

Children
The App is intended for authorized delivery drivers and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy and will revise the "Last updated" date above.
