Online Application Form

• Complete and submit the application form with your personal, academic, and motivational information.

• Upload a short introduction video.

• Applications will be reviewed by the English Department and Management Team.

✅ Applicants who meet the basic requirements and show alignment with our school's values will be invited to Phase 2.

Online Interview

• A video interview (approximately 20–30 minutes) with members of the School Management Team and English teaching staff.

• Purpose:

  • To get to know you better.

  • To discuss your motivations, previous experiences, and expectations.

  • To clarify practical aspects related to your availability, accommodation, and Erasmus+ documentation.

✅ After the interview, selected candidates will be provisionally accepted, pending submission and validation of official documents.

Submission of Official Documents

Candidates who are provisionally accepted must submit the following documents:

• Erasmus+ Learning Agreement (Erasmus+ project code (mandatory))

• Criminal Record Certificate (recent and valid for working with minors)

• Proof of valid health insurance covering the entire stay

• Proof of civil liability insurance (mandatory)

• Copy of ID or passport

• University enrollment certificate (for the 2026–2027 academic year)

⚠️ Important:
Your internship placement for the 2026–2027 academic year will only be officially confirmed once all required documents have been received and successfully verified.
