<h2>Who we are</h2>

<p>This Privacy Policy applies to the Android application “Malatya Vanguard” (package name: com.kingdomhold.td), developed and operated by Melih Ergun (“we”, “us”), based in Türkiye.</p>

<h2>What the app does</h2>

<p>Malatya Vanguard is an offline, single-player tower-defense game. It has no accounts, login, multiplayer, chat, user-generated content, in-app purchases or advertisements.</p>

<h2>Information we collect</h2>

<p>We collect almost no data. The only information stored is local on your device via Android SharedPreferences:</p>

<ul>

  <li>Selected language (EN, TR, ES, RU or AR)</li>

  <li>Mute / sound preference</li>

</ul>

<p>Game progress (lives, gold, waves) exists only in device memory (RAM) during the current session and is never saved permanently or uploaded.</p>

<p>We do not collect name, email, device identifiers, Advertising ID, IP address, location, contacts, photos, microphone data, analytics, crash reports or any other personal data. No data is transmitted by the app to any server.</p>

<h2>How we use information</h2>

<p>The local preferences are used solely to remember your language and sound settings on the device. We do not use any information for advertising, analytics, profiling or personalization beyond those settings.</p>

<h2>Data sharing, sale and transfer</h2>

<p>We do not share, sell or transfer any data to third parties. The app itself never sends data off the device. The only possible off-device copy is Android Auto Backup of the local preferences (if you have device backup enabled). That backup is performed and controlled by the Android operating system and Google, not by us. We do not receive or process the backup data.</p>

<h2>Permissions</h2>

<p>The app requests no dangerous or sensitive permissions. The AndroidManifest does not declare INTERNET, LOCATION, CAMERA, MICROPHONE, CONTACTS, STORAGE or AD_ID permissions.</p>

<h2>Third-party services</h2>

<p>None. The app contains no third-party SDKs, analytics libraries, crash reporters, Firebase, AdMob or social-login components.</p>

<h2>Advertising and tracking</h2>

<p>The app contains no advertisements and performs no tracking. It does not use the Advertising ID.</p>

<h2>Children’s privacy</h2>

<p>The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. There are no age-gated features.</p>

<h2>Data retention and deletion</h2>

<p>Local preferences remain on the device until you clear the app’s data or uninstall the app. Uninstalling deletes the local data. OS-level backups are managed by Google and your device settings. Because we hold no server-side data, there is nothing for us to delete on a separate request.</p>

<h2>International users and your rights</h2>

<p>We store no personal data on any server. You can delete the local data at any time by clearing app data or uninstalling the app. If you are in the EEA, UK or another region with data-protection laws, you may contact us to exercise rights of access, erasure or other applicable rights. We will respond within a reasonable time by confirming that we hold no personal data about you on any server.</p>

<h2>Changes to this policy</h2>

<p>We may update this policy. The updated version will show a new effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.</p>

<h2>Uygulama ne yapar</h2>

<p>Malatya Vanguard çevrimdışı, tek oyunculu bir kule savunma oyunudur. Hesap, giriş, çok oyunculu, sohbet, kullanıcı içeriği, uygulama içi satın alma veya reklam yoktur.</p>

<h2>Topladığımız bilgiler</h2>

<p>Neredeyse hiçbir veri toplamıyoruz. Cihazda yalnızca Android SharedPreferences ile saklanan bilgiler:</p>

<h2>Bilgileri nasıl kullanırız</h2>

<p>Yerel tercihler yalnızca dil ve ses ayarlarınızı cihazda hatırlamak için kullanılır. Reklam, analitik, profilleme veya bu ayarların ötesinde kişiselleştirme için kullanılmaz.</p>

<h2>Veri paylaşımı, satışı ve aktarımı</h2>

<p>Verileri üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmıyor, satmıyor veya aktarmıyoruz. Uygulama cihaz dışına veri göndermez. Tek olası cihaz dışı kopya, cihaz yedeklemesi açıksa Android Otomatik Yedekleme’nin yerel tercihleri Google hesabınıza kopyalamasıdır. Bu işlem işletim sistemi ve Google tarafından kontrol edilir; biz yedek veriyi almayız veya işlemeyiz.</p>

<h2>İzinler</h2>

<p>Uygulama tehlikeli veya hassas izin istemez. AndroidManifest’te INTERNET, LOCATION, CAMERA, MICROPHONE, CONTACTS, STORAGE veya AD_ID izinleri yoktur.</p>

<h2>Üçüncü taraf hizmetler</h2>

<p>Uygulama 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir. 13 yaş altı çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamayız. Yaş kısıtlı özellik yoktur.</p>

<h2>Veri saklama ve silme</h2>

<p>Yerel tercihler, uygulama verilerini temizleyene veya uygulamayı kaldırana kadar cihazda kalır. Kaldırma yerel veriyi siler. İşletim sistemi yedekleri Google ve cihaz ayarlarınız tarafından yönetilir. Sunucu tarafında veri tutmadığımız için ayrı bir silme talebiyle sileceğimiz bir şey yoktur.</p>

<h2>Uluslararası kullanıcılar ve haklarınız</h2>

<p>Herhangi bir sunucuda kişisel veri saklamıyoruz. Yerel veriyi istediğiniz zaman uygulama verilerini temizleyerek veya uygulamayı kaldırarak silebilirsiniz. AEA, Birleşik Krallık veya benzeri yasalara tabi bölgelerde erişim, silme vb. haklarınızı kullanmak için bize yazabilirsiniz; makul sürede, sunucuda sizinle ilgili veri tutmadığımızı teyit ederek yanıt veririz.</p>

<h2>Politika değişiklikleri</h2>

<p>Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Güncellenmiş sürüm yeni yürürlük tarihiyle gösterilir. Değişikliklerden sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmek kabul anlamına gelir.</p>
