Bloomberg Fintech Lab

The Bloomberg Fintech Lab was inaugurated jointly by SXC and XIMR on July 31st, 2024. Mr. Ritesh Pathak, Executive Group Vice-President and Head of Retail Sales at Motilal Oswal Assets Management Company Ltd was the chief guest for the inaugural function. The lab situated on the second floor of the XIMR building, consists of 15 Bloomberg terminals which will be used by our BCOM, BAF, BCom (MS), MA Economics, BAMCJ and XIMR – MMS Students and Faculty. 

The terminals will provide live data on finance and news analysis which could be used for research. Dr. (Fr.) Conrad Pesso, S.J. and Dr. (Fr.) Keith D'Souza, S.J., Rector took all the initiative to establish this high-tech lab facility for the college and Mr. Martin Fernandes handled all the technical requirements and set them up.
