***Career Day ***

In the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, schools are held accountable for preparing students for life after high school by using the Career Ready Index. Each student, grades 7-12, must have a Career Portfolio containing documentation for specific experiences related to Career Development and Post-Secondary Education. Events on Career Day (November 8th) fulfill many of those requirements. If students do not participate in Career Day, they will be required to complete all activities necessary for their portfolio on their own time, which could be more confusing to those students. Students will have time on Career Day to reflect on their experiences to enter into their Career Portfolio on Naviance.
