We are excited to welcome Jann Bradford to the MK Care team as our MK Guidance Consultant. After serving in Cameroon for 10 years, Jann returned to the US and received training to do career advising. It's with that knowledge that she hopes to help MKs/TCKs discover their God-given personalities, talents, and abilities so they can choose vocations well and walk in all that God has for them.

Children of current Wycliffe members ages 16 + are eligible to receive career guidance services. These services are available through the MK Care team.

Yes! The entire process is available in a virtual format.

There is a $50 fee to cover the cost of the materials.

Career Guidance involves meeting one-on-one with Jann either in person or virtually. The career guidance process is quite flexible, but generally MKs ages 16-22 meet for three 1.5- to 2-hour sessions while those ages 23+ meet for five sessions. There is also some work outside of appointments for completing inventories. At the end of the process, Jann will write up a Summary Profile containing all of your assessment results as well as information from the interviews. This document can be referred to in making career decisions both in the near and distant future to remind you of how God has wired you.
