For New Teachers

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Make a one or two-year commitment to a mentoring relationship depending on previous teaching experience

  • Attend the one day introduction to the Danielson model for supervison

  • Meet with your Mentor regularly

  • Reflect on your professional growth as an Instructional Leader

  • Attend and share evidence of growth at the final Colloquium from ... in May

  • Complete an online Needs Assessment in October and a final program evaluation in May
