The Science Behind It

Results

The results were that the goo-yuk has traits of both solids and liquids! For example, when you poke it quickly, the goo-yuk tenses up and your finger springs back. However, when you poke it slowly, your finger moves through the goo-yuk all of the way to the bottom of the cup. Goo-yuk is considered a non-Newtonian fluid because it turns into a solid when pressure is exerted on it (like when you poke it), and turns back to a liquid when you remove that pressure.
