I grew up in the suburbs of Maryland near Washington D.C. and graduated from the University of Scranton with a Bachelor of Science, Master of Physical Therapy, and Doctorate of Physical Therapy degrees.
I have worked as a school-based physical therapist since 2003 in both private and public school settings across all grade levels. My previous job experience also included working for Early Intervention in NJ with infants and toddlers.
I help to support children in the district with physical and motor difficulties that impair their ability to function in a school setting. In addition to working directly with students, I also work alongside teachers in their classrooms to provide appropriate modifications and accommodations for specific individual needs as well as class-wide general support. As equally important I also collaborate with parents and other school personnel who are involved in fostering the physical and gross motor development of our students.
