Michael Corso

Welcome!

It was all but assured that I would become an administrator. With over 90 years of collective experience, both of my parents devoted their professional lives to providing quality education to their district’s students. As one of five Corso boys, I am also a brother to an ESL teacher and school counselor. After spending my youth as a Bergen County resident, I ventured to the exotic Allentown, PA where I received a BA at Muhlenberg College. Subsequently, I earned an MA degree from New York University and Montclair State University. Before I arrived in 2015 at the WWRSD, I spent several years as a high school counselor in Bergen County. Outside of education, my passions include making my own bacon and smoking meat, working on my early 1900s house, restoring and collecting antique cast iron cookware, and driving my wife Jessica crazy. My wife, Jess, and I are still learning to wrangle identical twins, Edward and Luke!

Thank you for visiting my page and have a great school year!
