Ms. Brazofsky

Child Development

My name is Ms. Brazofsky and this is my  13th year teaching high school in the Westwood Regional School District. Upon my graduation from the University of Scranton, in 1999, I took a job as a first grade teacher. After 5 years, I completed my master's degree in Special Education & continued teaching Elementary Education. Once I had my daughter, Emma, in 2006, I left the classroom to spend time raising her. I have been living "Child Development" for the past  16 years and I enjoy sharing my experiences as both a teacher and a parent. Since then, I  attained a certification in the area of Early Childhood Development.  I am passionate about this program, I have grown and discussing the development of children!

"Play is often talked about as if it were a relief from serious learning.

But for children, play is serious learning. Play is really the work of childhood." - Fred Rogers
