Welcome to middle school physical education. This is my 13th year teaching and coaching in the district. The main purpose of physical education is to provide our students the knowledge and guidance to obtain and maintain desirable physical fitness levels necessary to support overall health and wellness. Sports and games are a vehicle to accomplish this, but is not the main method of achieving our purpose. For 8 years I ran cross country/track and currently coach high school track and field. I like to strength train and am a certified personal trainer.
