Wayne-Westland Schools and Wayne RESA have partnered to ensure that all students have access to information regarding current career trends and postsecondary career options. 

Our Ready to Launch Career Counselor - Tanji Lilly will be  working  in direct partnership with our counseling team to ensure every student has a plan for life after high school. This year we will be exploring interests, pathways and opportunities and working on next steps in groups and individual sessions. Career Counseling sessions serve as one more place for students to explore and bounce ideas around. We aren't looking to plan your whole life, just trying to find a starting place that makes sense for the person you are today.

Sessions are nothing to stress about and families are welcome to join our chats. Our goal is to partner with students and families to start planning and eliminating barriers so that they can check one thing off your to-do list (and feel great about it).
