ANDREA MONZON, site supervisor

Hello! My name is Andrea Monzon, and I am honored to begin my second year serving in Walnut Valley's Child Care Program. I’m thrilled to support the families and children of South Pointe, as working with youth has long been my passion.

I hold a B.A. in Liberal Studies and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Policy and Administration to further my commitment to equitable public service. My journey in child care began 7 years ago, as a teacher’s aide and tutor, and has since grown through various supervisory roles in youth programs. I believe high-quality child care provides a strong foundation for whole-child learning, and I am dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment where every child can thrive.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with family, visiting museums, and being in nature through kayaking, hiking and camping.
