My name is Paola. I have a career in architecture, but I have fallen in love with working with children since 2009. I have been part of the district since 2022 and have had the joy of working with teens since 2023.

I love exploring children's creativity and imagination in a fun way. I enjoy creating games with them, listening to music, or having some karaoke time when they can feel happy, safe, and free to express themselves. I also love decorating our rooms with themes that connect to their interests, whether it’s movies, art, or the changing seasons. My goal is to create a space where every teen feels welcome, comfortable, and excited to be themselves. 

I am originally from Peru, which I often visit for vacations. I am married and a mother of two. My children are now grown, so I am officially an empty nester! These days, my dog, Lola, is my only baby at home.

I look forward to a fun and exciting year filled with creativity, laughter, and music. Most of all, I look forward to getting to know your teen, supporting them, and watching them grow!
