The Warning

The Warning is a Mexican rock band from Monterrey, Nuevo León, formed in 2013 by the Villarreal sisters. Daniela (guitar, lead vocals), Paulina (drums, lead vocals, piano), and Alejandra (bass guitar, piano, backing vocals) first gained attention for their July 2014 cover of Metallica's "Enter Sandman" on their YouTube page, which has reached over 23.3 million views as of March 2022.

The group announced on December 18, 2019, via their official YouTube channel, that they would be conducting their first large scale tour of North America in 2020. The tour was supposed to comprise 23 concert dates, commence on March 14, 2020, in México, make stops throughout the United States and Canada and finish in México on May 2, 2020. But apart from the March 14 show, the rest of the tour had to be indefinitely postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
