Introduction

I have been an art teacher here in Anderson Union High School District for nine years. I originally come from Southern California but have lived in Colorado, Alabama, and Virginia. I come from a military family (as you can probably guess from all the moving). Both of my parents were lawyers for the army. I am only a child. I fell in love with art when I was in high school.

From there, I decided to pursue a major in college and eventually moved out to the Los Angeles area to work for art galleries and professional photographers. I had the opportunity to observe a high school art class and enjoyed the atmosphere and creativity from the students. I decided at this point to go back to school and get my teaching credential. The rest is history...
