Telecommunications Designated Approval Authority (DAA)

Below is a list of Designated Approval Authority (DAA) by Agency, as available for Telecommunication Accounts.  Included is the Agency Account Number, Agency Name, Billing Address, and DAA for that agency.   If you need to order, modify, or disconnect a service provided by Telecommunications, please contact your DAA and work with them to complete a Telecommunication Change Request (TCR).

If your agency does not have a DAA assigned, please contact you ITAC member to have one designated for your agency. Links to the ITAC membership are at the bottom of the page.
