Telecommunications Backup

Invoices have a one line total for each contract type, then a one line total of the Admin Fee for that contract type.  Detailed backup is available on the mainframe, and there are two ways to access it. 

On the invoice, the Centrex Total line item consists of the totals from the following three reports: ISUSOCWO, ISOCCs, ISDSL.  

• ISUSOCWO- this is a report on all numbers/lines being billed for local service through the Centrex Network, or numbers that are listed in phone books.

• ISOCCs- This is a report on Other Charges/Credits for the billing period. This can include (but is not limited to): Service Calls, New Lines, Credits for Disconnect Lines. You will not see this report if you do not have any activity outside of the normal.

• ISDSL- This is a report for DSL on any Centrex lines. If you do not have DSL on a Centrex line, you will not see this report.

The DATATRNSP Total line consists of detail from the ISDATA report.

The LDPHONE Total line consists of call detail for long distance charges on the ISLONGDIST report.  If you have multiple long distance subaccounts, you will need to total them all together to reach the amount on the invoice.

VOIP13 and VOIP19 backup are available upon request from tcr@wv.gov.
