Records Management Training

We offer training on all aspects of the records management program. From understanding all the requirements of the Public Records Management and Preservation Act and the Legislative Rules; assistance on how to manage your agency's records maintained at the records center and other facilities; assistance in establishing your agency's records retention schedule; training on navigation of the records management Google sites and processes; research to locate publications and laws that impact your agency; completion of the required Biennial Inventory; and assistance in the principles of records management and the State's program and processes.


We offer individual and group training upon request and are available to be a presenter at any State board or commission meeting and conferences held around the state.
