Record Management Services

A wide variety of services are provided for through the records management program. These services include:

• Storage of records at the State Records Center

• Pickup, retrieval and delivery of records

• Destruction of records

• Training on the requirements of law, navigation of the Google Groups site and management of records.

• Establishment of Retention Schedules

• Conducting inventories

• Reports for agencies on status of records

• Presentations to agency personnel, boards, commissions and other groups

• Research for agencies to determine retention requirements and publications relevant to the operation of their agency

• Conducting surveys
