Record Management Services
A wide variety of services are provided for through the records management program. These services include:
Storage of records at the State Records Center
Pickup, retrieval and delivery of records
Destruction of records
Training on the requirements of law, navigation of the Google Groups site and management of records.
Establishment of Retention Schedules
Conducting inventories
Reports for agencies on status of records
Presentations to agency personnel, boards, commissions and other groups
Research for agencies to determine retention requirements and publications relevant to the operation of their agency
Conducting surveys
