Record Management Forms and Publications

The following forms are utilized for the records management program. The guidelines were established to provide a suggested length of time records should be retained by an agency before destruction or archival preservation based upon best practices. Each agency is responsible for creating their own retention schedule based upon their governing laws. The guideline is only to be used as an example for creating or updating schedules and does not take the place of an agency's retention schedule.
