Economics Commentary Competition
Two of our students won first place and second place in an Economics commentary competition organized by the Hong Kong Association for Economics Education. The process of writing commentaries requires students to express complex ideas clearly and coherently. To produce high-quality work, they have to engage in extensive reading and research, which in turn enhances their comprehension and analytical skills.
Our awarded entries are as follows:
Mak Tse Kwan (First Place): QR codes or Waiters: The future of dining?
Tse Ching Yiu (Second Place): Japanese cake shops are crazy about Hong Kong — Revealing the reasons behind the Japanese cake shop boom
