The Curators
Members of the group will help choose art for display, mat and label artwork, and hang displays in some locations. Display opportunities include, but are not limited to the bi-monthly art display at Corporate Parkway Library, displays at Central Office and other district offices, the district-wide art show at the Foundry, the rotating display at SSM St. Joseph’s West, as well as alternating the artwork at Green Tree.
Members will assist with school art projects, such as posters and signage for school events. They may also be invited to lead school or community art projects.
Who? Selected 4th and 5th grade Green Tree students
2023-2024 INFORMATION
Applications are due by Thursday, September 7. I will accept applications after the deadline and will consider placing additional members in the group based upon our needs.
Students will receive a letter by September 15 to let them know if they have been accepted into this group.
When? Twice a month after school - usually the 1st Wednesday & 3rd Monday of the month from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.
The potential club dates are:
September 25, October 4, October 16, November 1, November 13, December 6, December 18, January 8, January 24, February 7, February 26 (This will likely be an extended meeting), March 18, April 3, April 15, May 1, May 13.
