CLUB NOTICE:
There are a few extra goings-on in room 95 this week. Practice sessions for the Beaver Computing Challenge are happening on Wednesday and Friday (October 29th and 31st). For more information about the BCC please don't hesitate to email me at mabennett@wsd1.org!
Also, Skateboard Club begins tomorrow! Anyone who is interested in skateboarding is welcome to join. No experience is necessary, just an interest in skateboarding.

Note: some questions have a shaded square behind them. It's hard to see because these are photocopied. For example, question 12 on page 2 has a shaded square behind it. That means you should do this question on loose leaf.
Please record the page number and the question number on the paper you're writing this on. Keep that paper in your binder and hand it in when you hand in the booklet next.
REMINDER: Fractions Quiz on Tuesday
There will be a fractions quiz on Tuesday, October 8. The quiz will cover all topics found in the green booklet. This includes:
- Adding fractions with different denominators
- Reducing fractions
- Converting between mixed numbers and improper fractions
- Comparing/ordering fractions (i.e. which fraction is bigger?)
- Word problems
