Nicole has over 17-years of business development, direct marketing, and digital marketing experience, working in a variety of different roles.

  • Promise Calloway is the Public Relations Specialist for King’s Dream Business Consulting. She went from broadcast journalism to social media marketing to public relations with a passion for storytelling, videography, graphic design, building media relationships, and creating media pitches.

  • Mujale Chisebuke is the Co-Founder and Creative Director of the award-winning Blackdot Seattle and also the Chief Creative Offices of OUTSIDE THINC LLC. He runs a Creative Digital Agency that has provided services to over 200 entrepreneurs, small businesses, and organizations.

  • Keysha LaShaun has more than 35k YouTube Subscribers to her channel. She reaches thousands of like-minded women, inspiring them to Get Paid On Purpose! Keysha reached the Top 10 income earner as well as earning her first 6 figures in less than one year, completely online using the power of social media and video.

  • Liz Jamieson is a Certified Business Advisor with the WA Small Business Development Center. She owned a website design and development firm for many years, where she began to coach entrepreneurs in branding, sales, and marketing. There, she worked on the online presence, collateral, and copy for over 100 different small businesses.

Community Rise by Comcast (King & Pierce County)

Application deadline: Oct. 14, 2021. A total of $6 million in grant funding is available. Small businesses will receive a $10,000 monetary grant. Eligibility criteria include:

  • Established business operations for 3 or more years.

  • 25 or less full-time and part-time employees

  • At least 51% owned and operated by a person of color

The Small Business Flex Fund is a new resource to help you grow your business.

Supported by the Washington State Department of Commerce, the Fund helps small businesses and nonprofits access the financial support they need to thrive.

Up to $10,000 to take your business to the next level. Submit Entries between June 30th and August 6th for your chance to win.

Applicants for the COVID-19 Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) may be eligible to receive up to $15,000 in funding from SBA that does not need to be repaid. These "advances" are similar to a grant, but without the typical requirements that come with a U.S. government grant.
