WRSD Strategic Plan

Community Groups (educators, students, families, and partners) came together throughout the 2018-2019 school year to develop our strategic plan. After we got on top of dealing with the COVID Pandemic in 2019-20, many more stakeholders came back together to expand our initial work into a much more detailed plan that contains objectives, strategies, and metrics. Our plan has been reviewed and revised many times and the draft below was approved by the school board in August 2021. Baseline data and goals will be established by October 1, 2021.

The plan has been carefully crafted to ensure all stakeholders had a voice in articulating our vision, mission, and plan for the next three school years.
