All students are involved in career planning
Career planning involves the integration of all experiences – academic, extracurricular, off-campus education, community involvement as well as traditional career planning activities
Career planning education needs to be sequential and comprehensive
All teachers have a role in career planning education
Off-campus education should be an integral part of career planning with as many students as possible participating
There needs to be an on-going relationship between the schools and the community including industry and post-secondary institutions
