Educators Rising (EdRising), a national movement aimed at nurturing the next generation of great educators, is making a significant impact on high school students across the country.

Veda Bollenbach, the 2023-2024 Educators Rising President at Wright City High School, shared her experience.

"Getting to be the 2023-2024 Educators Rising President has been one of the most rewarding things I've done in High School,” Bollenbach said. “I love getting to work alongside my friends to improve my school community and grow as a leader. EdRising has taught me many valuable leadership skills which I will use for the rest of my life. This is our first year competing and I am very impressed with everything we've accomplished so far. I can't wait to see what we achieve in the coming years"
