Season wrap-up
The WCI senior boy's basketball team had a strong season, finishing 6-5 and earning a spot in the WCSSAA playoffs. The senior boys came into the playoffs as the underdogs after a hard-fought season. Unfortunately, their run ended early with a first-round loss. In the Jacob Ranton Tournament, they fought to the consolation semifinals, showing a desire to win. Later, in the Cameron Heights Tournament, they bounced back and won the consolation finals, ending on a high note. Despite the team having some rough patches, they showed resilience, passion, and a drive for success. This was well showcased in one of there last games against a top team, Grand River, keeping it within 12 with the soon-to-be WCCSSA champs.
