About my teacher...

Welcome to our Grade 4 & 5 class!  I have had the privilege of teaching children for the past 26 years in grades K - 6, with over 10 years of in Special Education.  Over that time I've learned just how much children have to teach me, the value of asking another question over handing-out answers, and that learning is at it's best when we're having fun! 

My husband and I have two amazing children, ages 12 and 14, who are both the centres (and "rulers") of our lives!  Our family wouldn't be complete without our 120 pound "puppy", cats, fish and Baby Yoda the turtle!  When we have time away from horseback riding, skiing, and music classes, our family enjoys swimming, catching the latest animated movie, and chasing our "Wandering Weller" cat!

I'm excited to work with all our families to make 2025/26 another school year full of fun learning, feeling heard, and always cared about.
