The Course:

All divisions will run a 4K to provide coaches with a chance to watch all their athletes compete on same course. It features a wide open grass starting area that doesn’t narrow down for 200 meters. From there, a lead bike will guide athletes over dirt, asphalt and additional grass surfaces. The course overlaps itself at several spots providing spectators and coaches with the opportunity to see almost every step of the race unfold.

What's New?

1. Thanks to our new sponsors, we will have chip timing this year, which we hope will help expedite results and eliminate all finish line congestion.

2. We have divided the F/S Boys race into two separate races. This has always been our largest race, and we hope this will improve the experience and competition in these previously overcrowded division.

3. More Awards! Because our meet has grown so much in such a short time (and once again due to the addition of our sponsors), we are handing out more awards than ever before in hopes that every school will bring home some hardware.

Coach's Deadlines:

- Team Registration: August 17th (As space allows)

- To Register Athletes: August 22th

Hello Coaches and thanks for signing up for the HOKA ONE ONE Postal Nationals event hosted by Jesuit High School on Wednesday, 10/17. Thanks to HOKA, Jesuit High School, Fleet Feet Sacramento, and the Sacramento Running Association for making this event possible.

Registration is now open and there is no charge for participants and they each get a free shirt. Seed times. This event is 3200s on the track at Jesuit High School. Super exciting event for everyone and a nice change up during cross country season. Also a great way to expose some of your XC only kids to a track meet for the first time.

Registration will close on Friday, 10/12.

After the event all coaches need to upload their team’s results to www.hokaoneonepostalnationals.com in order to be included the national and state rankings. This process will also be required for coaches to claim your free pair of HOKA ONE ONE shoes.

We won’t know the full final time schedule until after the entries close because we have to know who’s entered and create the appropriate amount of heats but this is our tentative time schedule. Heats will be run slow to fast so we will be seeding athletes as best as we can.
