Into the Future

Our teachers have been through so much! They're much more experienced and older than us! In 2024, if we zoom into a small classroom, in a small town's middle school, in Massachusetts, in the U.S.A, on the Earth, there's a classroom discussing the future. Our teachers were in 6th grade, approximately, 22/23 years ago. The students are given a project, on what invention could be present when we are our teacher's age. Two students had an idea—teleportation pads. Heres a look into the idea.

Why the Telepad?

A Telepad will be able to transport people to their destination within seconds! Transportation is a crucial aspect of future life, with everyone moving around all the time, transportation will take a lot of time! Traffic, car crashes, and other accidents all happen when we use transportation. The fuel and gas we use to run transportation are also harmful to the environment. The Telepad can solve all of these problems. The Telepad helps the environment and conserves time. Twenty-eight percent of all the greenhouse gases are made from our vehicles and transportation. This means that if we use Telepads, we could save the earth from all of these harmful gases! Not catchy enough? Greenhouse gases absorb the radiation and trap its heat in the atmosphere, creating global warming and climate change. Global warming is terrible! Some causes include loss of food, loss of species, more health risks, and severe storms. Can you see how bad this issue is? Telepads save everything, or at least a major part of it!

How do Telepads work?

The Telepad has two parts, the teleporter and a touchpad tablet. The touchpad tablet operates the teleporter. You can choose where to go through the touchpad. It’s kind of like a GPS; you can save places you go to a lot for future reference! After choosing where to go on the touchpad tablet, you can step into the teleporter capsule. The pad can detect when you're standing on the pad. Once you step on, click the GO button and it’ll transport you to your destination! See how easy it is to work? It’ll help everyone!
