Big cookie recipe

Ingredients

1. ¼ cup crisco

2. ¼ cup butter

3. ½ cup brown sugar

4. ¼ cup + 2 T. white sugar 

5. 1 cup + 3 T. flour

6. 1 T. + 1 t. milk

7. ¾ t. vanilla

8. 1 egg 

9. ¾ t. Salt

10. ½ t. Baking soda

11. 1 cup chocolate chips

Directions 

Preheat the oven to 350 F.

1. Beat together crisco, butter, brown sugar, and white sugar

2. Then add milk, vanilla and egg

3. In a separate bowl mix the dry ingredients, flour, salt, and baking soda. Stir together then add to wet ingredients. 

4. Stir wet and dry ingredients, being careful not to over mix.

5. Add chocolate chips and mix

6. Line a 9’ circular cake pan with parchment paper

7. Start by baking it for 15 mins then check with toothpick

8. Let cool for 1-2 hrs
