Pakistan Obstacle Course Racing Association (POCRA) is the National Governing Body for Obstacle Sports and events in the Pakistan. ​We are a member based nonprofit that represents the needs of the sport through athlete representation and engagement.

POCRA is a member federation of World Obstacle, the Fédération Internationale de Sports d’Obstacles (FISO) and the sole national governing body for obstacle sports in Pakistan. POCRA is also a member of the Obstacle Sports Federation East Asia South Asia Pacific, the continental association of World Obstacle member federations in Asia, and the Obstacle Sports Federation South East Asia.

​The mission of POCRA is to promote Ninja, Obstacle Course Racing and Adventure Racing, to lead the Obstacle Sports, and meet the requirements as specified by the National Olympic Committee of Pakistan and World Obstacle.

Our goals include facilitating safer, fairer races at a lower cost and providing a route for athletes to compete at international and Games competitions. This includes event safety, fairness, rankings, operations, medical standards, and rule enforcement.
