Bill FRANCK
Hello. I began teaching in 1994. In 2008 I moved from North Carolina to Ohio and I have called Wooster my home ever since.
Dual certified in English and French, I currently teach solely english courses. My employment with Wooster City Schools includes service to the Tri-County International Academy, more specifically, the International Baccalaureate Programme housed here at Wooster High School.
I am married and have one son. Coming to Wooster has been a homecoming of sorts as I was born and raised in Waterloo, Iowa. The mix of college-town elements located in the middle of an agricultural center presents the same socioeconomic challenges and rewards that I knew as a kid. I feel extremely blessed to be a part of this unique community.
MY Reading Suggestions:
Need a book? Try OPEN LIBRARY
Open Library's goal is to list every book -- whether in-print or out-of-print, available at a bookstore or a library, scanned or typed in as text. In other words, They provide access to all of Project Gutenberg's books but they have hundreds of thousands of others as well.
Use the Little Free Libraries map
Wildwood , Burbank Road, and Scovel Street - each offer free reads for those in need. Be sure to follow proper covid protocols when collecting and returning titles.
